Dedicated Customer Support

Optix One always puts the customer first. We know how important support is, and how frustrating it can be not to have it. Therefore, we dedicate ourselves to our customers, and their satisfaction. Our staff of experienced Unix Administrators are always available to assist you. We have deployed several innovative web-based methods for support, as well as 24/7 live support via IRC.

Customer Account Panel

We have created a customized Customer Account Panel to assist our customers in handling their accounts, and obtaining support. We recommend that customers log into the Customer Account Panel first to obtain support. The Customer Control Panel enables you to modify your personal information, billing information, services, tools to monitor and manage your server and access to our online help desk.

Knowledge Base

We have compiled a list of frequently asked questions, tips, tutorials and information to assist our customers with handling their servers and accounts. Most of our customers' questions can easily be found here. We ask that customers try to find the answers here before requesting support.

IRC Support

We provide live support via Internet Relay Chat (IRC) on EFNet. For up to the minute news and alerts, please join/idle in #optixone. This is one of the easiest methods to obtain support.
